This is a what happened after Katniss and Cato won the hunger games during the victory tour and when Snow made Katniss move to District 2 or else he would kill Prim her mother and Gale but then he had more plans for Katniss and Cato with the same threat still hovering above her and she will have to make some disions that she never wanted to happen in order to keep her family safe
( note this will be katniss pov only and there will be no victor quell sorry.)
