Following a life changing mishap, Sousuke had his memory totally wiped off everything regarding his past lover as payment for his lovers wish to be granted. After discovering that he was now sharing a college dorm with this now antagonized lover, he must now figure out if he wants to let the tensions between his roommate ease, or put their relationship into a spiraling jeopardy against Kou's wishes. Are Sousuke's future and dreams really worth it for this guy.. or would it be better to just let things go?

Hard to Love is the sequel of kcnies first ever novel You Bet I Stare, and primarily follows Kou and Sousuke's journey through college following a wish grant gone wrong. Heartbreak and Fate come into very heavy play as the duo work through getting back on the right foot, that is if there is even a right foot to back get onto.
