We All Go A Little Mad Sometimes

Alrighty, so I'm super excited to write this story! I'm obsessed with Damon and JJ, and TVD and OBX. I've rewatched tvd like 8 times and rewatched obx twice so far haha. It will start off following the plot of obx but I'll change where the cross is to incorporate tvd. I'll probably add some characters as I go, but as of right now, I'm adding one.

Her name is Melonie Forbes-Donovan. Mel is Carolines half-sister. Bill, cheated on Liz with Kelly, before he skipped town to go be with his boyfriend, Steven, who he was also cheating on Liz with. Mel hates her father and the Donovan's. Kelly gave her up for adoption, so Liz took her under her wing and raised her alongside Caroline. Mel sees Caroline as a full sister and Liz as her mother. She doesn't speak to Kelly at all, and hardly has any conversations with Matt.

In this book, Caroline and Elena are best friends and Bonnie and Mel are besties as well, they are all a friend group, but they have their besties. Even tho Mel's friends don't approve, Damon is Mel's absolute favorite person in the world, they've only known eachother for a year, but to them it feels like they've known eachother forever, Mel found out about Stefan and Damon being vampires first but was eventually okay with it because she didn't want to lose her friendship with Damon.

The whole group is mostly the same other than Matt, the girls (Bonnie, Elena, and Caroline) are civil towards him but they don't love him. Tyler and Matt however have been best friends since birth, so Matt will still be included in the story a bit.

During their hunt for the Cross the pouges make it to Mystic Falls, where they find out about the supernatural, will the two groups mesh or hate each other?
