This story is going off of river dale season 2 charlotte jones 

What if charlotte jones and sweet pea had a child? Well In this case in this story they did Lily pea is the child of charlotte jones and sweet pea lily is 2 years old sweet pea charlotte and Lilly all stay in one trailer 

Charlotte was kicked out of her dads trailer when he found out that charlotte  was having lily but even though her dad wanted nothing to do with it jughead still was around for lily jughead was not just her uncle but one of her bestfriends she loves jughead and jughead loves her and would do anything for her just like her father and mother would

Lilys favorite are other than sweet pea and charlotte is 
Toni fangs jughead and somtimes Betty anybody else she wouldn't trust 

(Disclaimer in Order to follow the plot of riverdale lily has to be as young as she is because if she was any older than charlotte  and sweet pea would have had her when. They was like 14/15 it wouldn't make sense)
