Paranormal tech support is frustrating when your clients are centuries older than your grandparents and can light you on fire with a thought, but at least the pay is good. When Alex's best friend and former partner dies unexpectedly, he's left with plenty inherit. There's a house, a pile of old gadgets, and plenty of books. Oh, and a niece he's never met, who he has to take as an apprentice and serve as her guide to the world of the Weird. Note: This is a first manuscript, and the first completed draft at that.
