Here's how it goes, so Spyro never had that egomaniac phase. He became close friends with Varian(despite the fact that he despises science), he became a comrade-in-arms to Eugene, an acquaintance to Lance, a friend to Angry and Catalina (which they both pull pranks and do what they weren't supposed to be doing), to Cassandra? Well she sees him as a friend, sure, but she is annoyed when his cockiness kicks in. To Rapunzel, well she also sees him as a friend and a helpful ally with his element of fire, and Pascal also does too.

Until Strykore changed it all......... in this AU, Strykore didn't come back somehow even when he devoured Spyro's light, but instead Zhan Tiri sent him off to pretend he's still the Spyro they knew and love, but actually, he was on a secret mission to find the Damanitus Scroll. With Dark Cassandra and Dark Spyro competing to find the scroll, Rapunzel and the others have gotten suspicious about their friend's true intentions, as he has gotten coldhearted and bitter ever since he has been taken by Zhan Tiri.

Will they find out, or will Dark Spyro succeed in finding the Damanitus Scroll, and give it to Zhan Tiri? Will they bring their friend back to his cocky, friendly, and kindhearted self?
