17 year old Cathryn has to be strong. For her friend Markus who's being relentlessly bullied at school, her cousin Chance who's too young to understand why his dad is in therapy and unable to take care of him, and mostly, for her poor, overworked mom who does all she can to keep their lives together. So when a job opportunity appears and offers her a chance to truly help take some of her mom's burdens off her shoulders...even if she hates the restaurant, can she really turn it down?
