After the worst year of her life being under her brothers control she made a run for it and finally succeeded at getting away. That is until 3 years later, after she became a professional criminal for hire to make ends meet and showed up on SHIELDS radar. Now her options are life imprisonment or join the Avengers under her brothers command and custody. Oh and you can bet he is not happy when he finds out where she's been.

They agree but don't trust her. They save Bucky and see who he was and who she was. They then ask them to join the Avengers. Bucky declines the offer, wanting to live a normal life, but Elizabeth doesn't know if she should join her her brother, fighting evil with her unnatural powers, or stay with Bucky, living a sort of normal life. Who will she choose? She loves them both and doesn't want to leave them. She can't decide, but with this Civil War, she won't have to.
