When at 15 Katherine's parents die, her brother, Tony Stark, becomes her legal guardian. After the worst year of her life being under her brothers control she made a run for it and finally succeeded at getting away. That is until 3 years later, after she became a professional criminal for hire to make ends meet and showed up on SHIELDS radar. Now her options are life imprisonment or join the Avengers under her brothers command and custody. Oh and you can bet he is not happy when he finds out where she's been.
