BSA: Agent's Log

Cedar, another well rounded anthro deer in N.C.R. recently contracted to work with the BSA or the Bureau of Strange Activity. The BSA, you may be wondering, what is that.

Ah the BSA, it is a fairly recently established bureau created under Wolf Tek to research and investigate paranormal and magical activities, arrest and enforce magic use on Prando and the whole continent alike. Wolf Tek has contracted Cedar to join BSA and investigate this new magic use and strange things to further expand their control.

He has a whole fiasco waiting before him, as what the BSA always says, "Nevertheless the more you encounter, the more you know then others."
