She looks up at me, taking a step forward and smiling slightly, "How can I ever get hurt when I have you here to protect me?" "But you could have gotten hurt," I murmur softly, hanging my head and feeling my shoulders drop, the tension seeping from my body. "No. Stop," She cuts me off sternly but tenderly, "Don't talk like that, Reece. I'm okay, you're okay, we're okay," She speaks softly, reaching her hand up to gently brush her thumb over my cheek, just under the cut that's there. "We're okay," I repeat, taking a small step closer to her. She nods with a small smile, moving her hand down from my cheek and instead placing the palm of her hand on my chest, right over my heart. I know she can feel how fast my heart is beating. I just don't know why it's doing that. ~ Reece Carter is the bad boy of Northwood High. He smokes and he fights. She shut the door and looked at me, determination in her eyes, "yes, we will get revenge Cassie" she said "Oh yeah, there will be revenge frazzle, But I am not taking it from Woods. Karma will deal with him later on..."I replied venomously. Confusion crossed Frazzle's face, "but-" "Instead, players will pay. The whole concept of players was what made woods the way he is. Bad boys/ players. I hate them, they think they can just walk around and get any girl they want. Well hello, not every single fucken girl is interested in you, alright. Okay, well unless you look like a hot, Greek God or something, then every girl will most likely be interested in you. It's just a part of life and high school. A lot of girls at my new school, are head over heels with this one guy... okay maybe two guys. Sean Anderson the major player, he tried to get me on the first day. I had hit him, and left him standing there. Then there's Chase Evans, major hottie girls, warning: he breaks hearts. Everyone loves him, guys want to be like him, and the girls all want him. Me, well I just think he's an annoying ass! Meet Aurora Hayes, a feisty seventeen year old girl with a love for swearing. She has a mind of her own, and she doesn't give a fuck what people think of her... okay well maybe she does a little. So how is it that all the guys want her? Who will she fall for and who will be left heartbroken? There will be laughs, there will be tears, love will happen, and hearts will be broken.
