Celeste goes by Seraphina since she was caught by Hydra when she was young. She always had elemental powers that she accidently discovered one fateful night. When at Hydra, she didn't show or let them know about her elemental powers. Celeste had 5 years of training at the Red Room, where she met her two adoptive sisters, Natalia and Yelena. Seraphina went back to Hydra and got paired with the Winter Soldier for every mission (or so they both thought)

Now, after years of torture, she has even more powers and is finally able to escape after making the Maximoff twins go to the Avengers.

What happens when Celeste finds Winter again? What happens when she finds out that the twins are locked up for doing the right thing?
What happens when Bucky discovers more of her secrets?

A/N: Does start at a fast pace but then slows down, after the first few chapters.
Most of the story line is just After Captain America Winter Soldier/Captain America Civil war and Age of Ultron after the accords. book does start before all the avengers stuff though before the main plot.
