However, mages do their best to keep monsters in special mirror dimensions known as undercities, allowing normal society to live in blissful ignorance. Damian King has no such luck.
Having originally desired an average life, Damian's fate is irrevocably changed once he learns of his magical heritage. Under the tutelage of Magic Master Caesar Ourano-Grace, he enrolls in the Valderburg Academy of Magic.
