A new commander arrives at the Azur Lane base and he must quickly learn that things here are very different from the usual military bases. He must also balance out the alliance between the different factions, not to mention lead the war against the Sirens. Where did they come from? And what are their plans for humanity?

As if all of this was not difficult enough, he ends up falling for one of the shipgirls too.
