The story follows Mingi, a 16-year-old boy who is attending a boarding school in a small, remote town. Mingi is a bit of an oddball, as he prefers to spend time alone, often taking long walks through the nearby woods or staring at the sky for hours. However, beneath his exterior of isolation, Mingi is struggling with a dark secret -- he has been seeing strange shadows and hearing voices that no one else can hear.
Despite his efforts to keep his strange experiences to himself, one day a fellow student stumbles upon Mingi muttering to himself in the woods. The student, who turns out to have a connection to the supernatural, convinces Mingi to share his secret with her. As they embark on a journey to uncover the source of Mingi's strange visions and sounds, they discover that Mingi is the last surviving member of a long-lost demonic bloodline - and that he has the power to open a portal to the netherworld.
Meanwhile, the town is in an uproar as strange and unexplained events start to take place. People are disappearing, and it soon becomes clear that there is a sinister force at work. Mingi and his friend must race against time to uncover the truth and save the town.
The story is filled with twists and turns as the mysteries of Mingi's past are revealed, and he must confront the darkness within him in order to save the world.
