Rocky lonely from his pain from work gets himself into a arts and crafts competition, only to bump into none other than Billy the CowKoopa. They become best loyal buds and rely on each other's efforts into the competition. Billy needs a horse to race in the big Saddleback League coming up, so he comes to Rocky.

Mott returns to Billy's for the show and teaches Rocky what Billy taught me. The Saddleback champion Andy Armadillo who rides Snowsky. Rocky falls in love with Snowsky before competition dat, but has to race against. Will Rocky win the competition for love?
