"Determination" Is a episodic story based on the events of 2015's hit game: "Undertale".
Takes place in my Proem!Tale UTAU timeline.
This is a remaster of another story under the same name I have on my page. Please note that THIS is the definitive version, and further books in the series will refer to THIS book for cannon. The general information in the other book IS still (mostly) cannon, but this is how I want to present it.
This is a full-length fan-novel spanning the entirety of the True-Pacifist route of Undertale. So this is going to be a very long story, and this is only book 1. Don't expect to be here for a quick read.

Was this truly the last RESET? Sans wondered. But he knew only Frisk would tell, only this young girl would decide his future. He hated the thought of it at first, but hatred began to grow numb after he figured out he had no say in his own future. He had to admit though, Frisk was pretty reasonable, it was Chara who was the maniac. But she was gone now, so what was the anticipating, eerie, feeling that he had in his bones? The feeling that something wasn't right, of course, this timeline was already incredibly strange. The feeling sat in his in the pit of his stomach, tying itself into knots, until that fateful rainy day when all of his questions would be answered. Frisk is living a happy life with their friends/family, the monsters! After book one in this series, they have been spending much time with Asriel and Chara as they have bonded closer with each other. Suddenly, Frisk starts acting suspicious and Sans decides that he must spy on them to make sure they're okay. What will happen when someone from Frisk's other life clashes with their new one? This is the second book in my DETERMINATION series, please read the first one before this which is just called Determination- An Undertale Fan-Fic. Undertale; Consequences of your actions.
Chara. The demon that comes when people call it's name. The title given to her by everyone that blamed her for the genocides. For what Frisk did just because they wanted to see what would happen. Because they refused to own up to their actions, and instead blamed the only person who could realistically be blamed. Chara. The human, who, despite her flaws, still tried to be a good person. She was forced into this endless cycle of murder and animosity against her will. She never wanted any part in this. Frisk, blaming Chara for their own atrocities, believes her to finally have given up. They think they are above consequences because its a game to them, that they will always win... Soon they will learn that they can't run away from them forever. Soon, the darkest pit of hell will open and swallow them whole. -All characters in this story are NOT mine except for one, she is my character. And she is not, I repeat, NOT a self insert. She is meant to be a dark mirror of Chara in a lot of ways, but similar to her in many more aspects. The others belong to Toby fox, the original owner of Undertale, as well as to Temmie Chang(hope I spelled it right.) This exists because I feel like too many people blamed Chara for our own actions. Because that was easier than to admit that genocide was a path that we chose of our own volition. This was especially true in the earlier years of the fandom, and is still true even today-to an extent. Due to that, and my combined love of the character, I just knew it was worth writing a happy ending for them, or in this story as I interpret Chara to be female. I know that they are in the cannon of Undertale, non-binary or genderless, but this a is fanfiction. I wrote the rules, I'm the "God" here. If you don't like that, then leave.
