2. ʟᴀᴡᴛᴏɴ ᴍᴀʀᴄᴜꜱ - ᴘʜɪʟʟɪᴘ ʙʀᴏᴏᴋʜᴀᴠᴇɴ was the Mayor of Brookhaven. Emphasis on WAS. Now he's being held hostage in the Black Heart Society and his stepbrother is disguised as him.
3. ᴇʟʟᴇɴ ʟʏɴᴄʜ is not used to being noticed. She is connected in many ways to different people, and the information she knows is best kept secret.
