Angel springs is a small town that looks like it got accidentally dropped out of a plane on they way to somewhere better it has a City next to it but this town is an after thought. Its small. Everyone gathers when someone dies. Everyone knows everyone and everyone knows everyone's business. This town is where my grandpa had settled after leaving the city life told his family it wasn't for him and he built a new family here. Elijah James Smith settled in this small town fell in love with my grandmother Elizabeth Rose Mitchel. Had two boys Elizabeth was born and raised in the town even passed away here. Unfortunately its the same thing with my grandpa. Me and grandpa were partners in crime. Did everything together if i wasn't at my house i was with Pops. At his auto shop in town or we were at the Dinner on the edge of town it was us against everything else in the world or at least that's what it felt like .I always knew it was going to be a sad day in Angel springs when pops passed. We got a call a about nine months ago that's pops had clasp at the Auto shop and rushed to the hospital that's where we found out that Pops had a thing that can kill the who meaning of Family. Cancer that single word has killed many families including ours. Grandpa is the glue of our family. He made sure everyone had a place to go to when your parents pissed you off or backed you up in fight with your parents. Planned a family trip every year to a new place so you were well travel taught you how to drive your first car but all those memories don't go away with the person they still stay around but at some point they get blurry and you swear you'll remember everything about them but the make believe and the real memories start to battle. Something else that happens is you find out things about there life that they kept from you. That's how i find out about my uncle that left this small town twenty or so years ago but didn't leave really leaf for long.
