While it is Omegaverse adjacent, I've also given the characters animal traits. I say adjacent because I don't know 100% how this AU works, but I'm rolling with what I've got haha. So thank you for you patience.
Midoriya is your typical hard working employee. He's got what it takes to run the company in the bustling corporate world, but he has two major problems. 1. He lost his job, and 2. He's an Omega.
Down on his luck, Midoriya's life changes when he meets billionaire and CEO of his rival company. Working for this Alpha is harder than Midoriya might ever think, and keeping his secret from the hot executive turns out to be even harder than expected especially with his heat right around the corner.
Bakugou is the IT Alpha. The young executive and CEO of a major corporation and envious of many Alpha's across the globe. He just has two problems. 1. His rival company is threatening to shut him down, and 2. His new employee is distracting.
Bakugou worked hard to get where he is and he had to become so focused on his work that he forgot how to do anything else. He didn't need or want anything else. Life was good. Until this annoying Pup named Midoriya stumbled into his office and now he can't focus on anything else. Despite his best efforts, Bakugou can't help it if Midoriya starts to melt the ice coating his heart.
But will it be enough? Can they trust each other when both have deep scars and even deeper secrets?

Since their high school days, Katsuki and Izuku have been in an ongoing competition with each other. Both want to top the Pro Hero rankings. When they corner the villain Overhaul, the question of who is number one finally seems to be settled, until Izuku collapses in the middle of the fight for some inexplicable reason. Shocked, Katsuki discovers that his childhood friend is not a beta as assumed, but an omega. Even more so, one who is just caught off guard by his heat. Katsuki is distracted by Izuku's pheromones and Overhaul overpowers him. Instead of continuing to fight, the villain grabs the green-haired pro hero and disappears with him without a trace. It is not until two years later that the kidnapped Izuku is recovered. His once radiant smile seems to have faded forever. _______ This story is an alternate storyline with characters and references to the world of My Hero Academia. These still belong to the author. I borrow them for my entertainment and combine them with the Omegaverse. The interpretation as well as the development of the story spring from my mind and are, in these words, my own. Everyone has now graduated and successfully achieved their dream of becoming a hero. Midoriya is at No.1, Bakugou at No.2, Todoroki at No.3 and Kirishima at No.4. These positions are constantly moving between the four, but they always seem to end up in the top 4 together and are recorgnised for doing so. But one thing sets them apart, their ranks. Bakugou is an omega, midoriya is an omega, kirishima is an alpha and so is todoroki. The omega control agency keeps tabs on heat season to see if alphas and omegas are doing their roll and reproducing as they are supposed to. If an omega hasn't mated in the space of 2 years, the agency sends them into a, what they call, compulsory resident. Or in other words, they stick them into a basic prison and tell them they have to stay there by law. Bakugou is one person no one expects to be an omega, but midoriya knows he is due to their familiar past (their childhood).
