I'm a Civil Air Patrol cadet with a passion for both marching and running cadences. I love how they really motivate the cadets and give them that sense of camaraderie that is necessary for a team to thrive. Living in the Scorch has not been easy for (Y/n), but she manages to get by. With her father Jorge beginning to loose control of their compound, she's finding it difficult to stay. All she wants is to be free, to explore the Scorched world, but on one stormy night, she finds that some new people have survived in the Scorch and found their way to her home. It's been a while since newcomers had arrived, so this intrigues her. She then meets Thomas and his crew whom of which are trying to find the Right Arm just like her father. One boy in particular, a young sarcastic boy with great hair, catches her eye. Seeing the opportunity, (Y/n) decides to help them in exchange for being a part of their group. She has to get them through the Scorch safely to find the Right Arm, and she can't help but fall for that young sarcastic boy, but she isn't the only one with a small crush. A certain British blonde boy has fallen for their fearless leader, but with this love interest being conflicted, will Thomas return the feeling? There are challenges, people get taken, and with the flare becoming airborne, anything can happen. Will they make it to the Right Arm or will WICKED beat them to it? Or maybe, death will. (This is a Minho fanfic that is based primarily on the movies, though some aspects will be from the books. Jack: Book One in the Trilogy, the Battle Begins
In Book 1, Jack conspires with friend Jeremy to undermine their racist, secessionist teacher's efforts to poison his students' minds with his benefits-of-slavery lectures. Will the students buy into it? Not if Jack has any say. The book is dedicated to my brother and to my old friend, Jack, the latter who, at 19, was killed speeding in his too-fast car, alone, in 1971. We met when I was a first grader at a Groton, Massachusetts parochial school. Jack was in second grade, I was in the first grade. One day Jack began teasing on the bus ride home so we got off at his bus stop to fight. I was little - he much bigger. He pinned me to the ground, forced me to quit. That kicked off our friendship that lasted years. Jack was a pitcher on the high school baseball team. He was so fast - somewhat wild. I was afraid to bat against him. He tried out for a professional farm team but didn't make it. He worked in the local factory and had no real career designs other than in sports which were the center of his life. Not long after his failed attempt(s) at major league baseball, he smashed into a tree at high speed on a quiet road early one morning. Jack had a 'hero complex' - needing to be the center of attention. He excelled at sports but wasn't interested in academics. He bet everything on his sports abilities that wowed neighborhood friends growing up. This story also is dedicated to both Jack and my brother, Paul, a friend of Jack's. Paul passed in January, 2016. I finally started Jack's story in 2000 when I began teaching in New York City. It dawned on me one day to transport Jack as a composite character - i.e., a character who has qualities and characteristics that Jack had but who also possessed ones he didn't have - into 1860's America. In the book, Jack becomes the hero - a status that mostly evaded him in real life. I think he would have been proud of the story. Many events are entirely fictional - some are not. Merc-DFT's Group & The Fox Underground (Arsenal Book)
So instead of this being a Arsenal Book, this will be a Character Book that would be about 2 Major Heroic Groups who'll be appearing during the 3rd/Final Parts of both Mines and @JeymisPeixoto's "Blitzo's Multiversal Journey" Book Series (aka The CrossHero-Verse), mostly in the 2 Merc-DFT Stories. These 2 Major Heroic Groups will be Darrin "Fred" Terrance/Merc-DFT's Group (formerly Merc-DFT's Team) and The Fox Underground (Based off The Clone Underground from Star Wars), who'll be Major Protagonists in the "Blitzo's Multiversal Journey" Book Series (aka The CrossHero-Verse). (Update): I changed it from a "Character Book" to a "Arsenal Book" since I'm more used to showcasing both Weapons and various other Stuff, but I will still be showcasing the Characters as well.

It's Swift, Penny, Rod, and Brody. It's time for another one of their Top Wing missions. This mission is supposed to last for a few days, and the cadets are put to work with their rivals. But... right after the first day, one of the cadets goes missing. The others then question whether to trust their new inspectors, while struggling to keep things peaceful between each other. A week before all of this, on a faraway island named Hummingbird Peak, cadets Rover, River, and Ivy have just been announced that the mission was going to take place. But when they find out that the purpose of the mission was to get rid of the mysterious, cursed dodo birds haunting their island, things change. Rover, who had encountered the mysterious birds before, is afraid of seeing them again. River, whose mother forbade him to go near them, is put off. And Ivy, who is left after the two other cadets' condition, struggles to impress her teachers and assure herself that she is worthy enough to stay a cadet, and brave enough to go on the mission herself. ~~~ I'm not a native english speaker, and this is my first story.
