As far as I know, I've always liked reading and speaking in English even if it is not my native language. I always admired the way English enables to access emotions in their purest forms. A week ago, another controversy concerning a black man made the headlines. I started writing and then I went on. "The blackness in me" are a few short texts written quite spontaneously. There are raw feelings on what it means to be biracial and difficulties to grow one's self confidence. It's not an easy exercise to write in a different language than my own but I like challenging myself. I need your opinion to improve my skill in that beautiful language I am not born with but living with. Une descente lente dans la **beauté du macabre**, un poème funeste pour celles et ceux qui entendent encore battre le cœur sous les tombes. Installez-vous. Mais n'éteignez pas la lumière. Car dans ce recueil, ce n'est pas l'obscurité qui vous guette... C'est ce qui vous regarde lorsque vous croyez être seul à lire. --- Dans ce recueil aux accents d'encre sanglante, les silences parlent, les morts écrivent, et les vivants... oublient de se réveiller. **Mystères non résolus, légendes interdites, murmures d'outre-tombe** : *Gloomy Sunday* est une veillée funèbre déguisée en livre. Lisez, mais sachez ceci : **Certains récits s'impriment dans la chair.** Et la dernière page ne sera pas la fin.
