Jaime wasn't born with abilities and lived a normal childhood. He grew up surrounded by family in Palmera City. After high school, he was searching for jobs when a security breach happened in the Kord building. A woman handed him a box and told him to protect it. He brought it home, opened it, and found the scarab. After showing his family, it activated and attached itself to him. After that, his life was never normal. Jenny Kord then told him about this college and told him he could go there for free. Next thing he knew, he was on a private jet, sitting next to a beautiful woman named Y/N.
