Urlaub machen auf einer Insel. Für die meisten klingt das nach weißem Sandstrand, Meer, Palmen und Entspannung. All das hat Kreta zwar zu bieten, doch die griechische Insel ist auch ein gutes Reiseziel für Menschen, die sich ein bisschen mehr Action wünschen. Als größte griechische Insel im Mittelmeer und mit einer Küstenlänge von über 1060 Kilometern ist Kreta eine Art Griechenland im Miniformat. Laut Ralph Schiller kann man hier einiges erleben, von abenteuerlichen Wanderungen bis hin zu einer kleinen Zeitreise in die Antike.
