Dragonball XV: Time Patrollers

Tarro is a Saiyan warrior who dreams of being a time patroller, and working his way to the top of their ranks, but is at a severe disadvantage compared to his other Saiyan brethren: He cannot turn Super Saiyan. Thankfully, he's not alone, with Quazar, a Namekian Warrior, and Kara, a fiery human martial artist, by his side to help him on his journey. How will he climb the ranks at this disadvantage?
