My little brother is the villain?

After being confined in a basement for the majority of his life, the boy had finally had a chance to escape. He finally succeeded in getting out, but his uncle caught up to him and strangled him to death before he could make his final getaway.

When he awoke, the boy realised he had been reincarnated in his brothers favourite novel, as the eldest son of a great duke. Unfortunately, he was the older brother of the villain in the story, who dies before the novel even starts.

With his new life, the boy is determined to live. but first he needs to get himself and his little brother out of their current situation, and keep himself alive. (aswell as finding a love interest ofc)
