8 year old Hathaikan, born and raised in bisan-dong, Daegu, South Korea, is met with a nice lady from next door that always brings her purple tulips every morning before school.
One day the old lady isn't outside and Hathaikan decides to knock on her door, instead she is met with a little boy whom she had never before seen.
They spend years together and as years pass the boy changes and spends less and less time with her.
But what happens on the day of her 15th birthday when she gets a call saying he auditioned for a small entertainment located in Seoul City.
