Avery Jacobs was a rich party girl, but she wasn't always this way. Nowadays, she'd drink, get high and occasionally sleep around, anything to escape her life for a couple of hours. When her parents had enough, they send her cross country to live with her aunt for the summer. She went from partying every night in California to this small town in South Carolina. Then Avery meets Liam Lockwood, a heartthrob bad boy. Avery and Liam constantly bump heads throughout the summer. Avery tries her best to ignore Liam and the attraction she feels for him until she can finally leave and start university in the fall. Just when she finally escapes from this small town to university, she literally runs into none other than Liam. Will this 'spoiled' rich girl and small town bad boy be able leave their own dark pasts behind them or will their troubles consume the happiness they found in each other.

This book was started in 2021, finished in 2022 and republished in 2023 ------------------------- A 16 year old girl by the name of Rayla Loris attends school for the first time. She makes some friends including this one guy by the name of Liam Rayn. Liam is a very flirty guy and most likely a man whore. As for Rayla, she isn't into all of that which only makes Liam flirt and tease with her more because she's the only one who doesn't want him other than their friend Avery. One thing they both have in common is that they don't believe in love. The real question is, would they be able to change that?
