The Girl and The Skrill

This is pretty much just a thing so I can keep track of a httyd story I'm making with my oc's and actual canon characters. might add a longer description if I don't lose hope and actually get into the story.

A girl who was born into dragon hunters believed she had a happy life. She had her brother who cared immensely about her. What else could she ask for?(well, maybe a caring mother) But it all changed when her father got taken and killed by Singetails. Instead of her brother becoming the next chief, like he was supposed to, her father's 'friend' became the chief. He said that the girl's father wanted it that way, but her and her brother didn't believe him. Although they didn't care. To be honest, neither of them liked hurting dragons for no reason. Or doing that to any living creature. So her brother was fine with not being the chief of dragon hunters. Although, their thoughts changed when the new chief decided to attack more places. The girl's brother had to go on travels more due to him being the leader of a group of the guards. But then there was a storm one night. And she found an injured red skrill in the forest.
