Born into a working class family, 
Avery a typical young adult in her 20's preaches her take of a fresh start  abroad.
 With utility bills pilling up one after the other, Avery is propelled to subdue countless of jobs to bring food on the table and a roof over her head. 
Within a matter of days, she finds herself evicted from her apartment with no one but herself to depend on. 
That is until... she comes across a 'To let' sign from a small town in Whitby, North Yorkshire. 
A building. Small and Derelict. Yet still in indefectible condition. 
As she parks her mini cooper in a remote area near a few blocks away from another abandoned building, Avery comes across a friendly old man who looks to be in his 50's,  dressed in a white and blue striped dress-shirt followed by a murky brown shade of skin tightening jeans.
 Coincidentally he introduces himself to her as the owner of this apartment complex and offers her a price which is undoubtfully 𝙩𝙤𝙤 
𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙚..
Suspicious of this being another one of those scams, she couldn't afford to loose more money than she could ever earn. However, she didn't want to let this opportunity fall through her fingers. 
After taking a tour around her soon to be home, She falls in love with the quaint old fashioned architecture within the house.
