this is a Johnlock story that takes place in a hospital, after the incident at the pool happened ( specifically the 2nd time Jim appeared at the pool). It's a new storyline taking place in Season 1 ep3 and taking its own turn, as it doesn't affect Season 2. It's a "What if" story that's about John, who got hurt and now suffers temporary memory loss. Later on, thanks to a conversation that will occur, John will start remembering, but will he remember everything in the end?

An interesting twist on the Sherlock universe-Sherlock is a girl. John, however, doesn't know this. Neither does Mrs. Hudson, or anyone else besides his direct family. This takes place sometime after series 2 or 3, with Mary only dating John. It will eventually contain a bit of Johnlock, with the usual tension and what-not throughout the whole story. But this isn't necessarily just a Johnlock story. There'll be other ships somewhat approached, but overall, it's more of a thriller (or at least, I'm trying to have it be). This fanfic is based off a Fanvid I saw on YouTube. I give the owner full credit for the idea, I just wanted to write it out as a fic. Although, I put my own twists on this story and it's original video plot. The main scenario and the way things play out are almost the same as in the video. But I decided to put Lestrade, a little bit of Anderson, Donovan, and Mrs. Hudson in this as well. Mycroft and Mary are also in this. And some other characters from the show are mentioned in this.
