His life does a very sudden 180 after one fateful Halloween night when he first becomes acquainted with a few members of the vampire coven that have apparently been in this town for generations. Mysterious disappearances and circumstances are starting to make more sense, and, unfortunately for Quackity, he now knows far too much to be left alone by a certain outcast vampire. Heck, they're running against each other in burger businesses that do surprisingly well. But if that's true, why does Quackity keep willingly spending his evenings with Wilbur? I can almost see the blood seeping out of the wounds I intend to slice into his skin. His pupils dilate as he clutches the dagger's hilt before it meets the vulnerable flesh of his neck. "Quackity drop the fucking knife," Wilbur hisses, gritting his teeth. My eyes widen as my grip loosens on the blade and his wrist, the knife clattering out of my grasp as I stare at him. I dip down, sensing the tension hovering between us, feeling his heart hammer against his ribcage. From where sit straddling his waist, I see his face soften at the sight of my dishevelment. "What are you so afraid of?" he whispers gently. * * * Synopsis: Behind closed doors, a casino isn't all glittering lights and card games. It's made of traitors and cheaters...
