Elara grows up in a world where everything revolves around her faith in the Seven Brothers. Taken away at two weeks old like any child, she spends her entire life in Sylvaria, the shrine of virtue, without ever having seen a man. Three weeks before the Amalgamation, she is summoned to a Sister with the announcement that she has been paired with Xavier Aurelianus, the son of one of the holy families. Thanks to his mother and lineage, Xavier, unlike Elara, has an idea of what life outside the convent entails.
