Mottled Shadows

In this fantasy story, the classist world fueled by capitalism, mystical creatures like pixies, fairies struggle to survive under the control of the wizards and witches. The story is from the perspective of a young pixie who navigates this hedonistic society, using its flaws to her advantage as she rises up the hierarchy. Along her journey, she encounters complex relationships and situations that force her to confront her own identity and values. And as her character evolves, the narrative delves deep into themes of inequality, consumerism, and morality with thought-provoking parallels to our own world which this story is based on.
