Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: Past, Paradox, and Future by ElementalNinjas12

Once two separate schools known as Naranja and Uva, Tiempa Academy became world-renowned for its unique educational approach, blending tradition with innovation. Among its newest students this year were twins Florian and Juliana, recent arrivals to the Paldea region. They expected a normal school year, but during their first week, they came across two mysterious Pokémon-one that seemed to come from the ancient past, and another from a distant future. It started off simple, caring for the two beasts when Tiempa hosted its special independent study project-the Treasure Hunt. Embarking on the Treasure Hunt-"to seek out your very own treasure," as the school puts it- the journey took them across Paldea: challenging the Victory Road, traversing the Path of Legends, paving the way for Starfall Street, uncovering the Hidden Treasure within the crater at the region's heart, and chasing down the Viridian Comet. Along the way, they learned more about Paldea, the people and Pokémon who call it home, and came to realize what their greatest treasure was.

His power will outmatched every Pokèmon trainer in the whole world despite of being Arceus' Chosen One. After 4 years of divine training due to someone who has lost on his life, he is now ready to move on, get revenge to those people who killed her mother, travel around the world to catch more pokèmon and attend to a prestigious school to learn several things about pokemon. Basically picture a legendary in a pokèball. If you think of Groundon which weighs a lot and is quite big, a tiny ball can't be comfortable. Then we have stuff like Arceus being Jesus and Kyogre being inspired off of a killer whale but sounds like a screaming child. This book is a comedy and is about how legendaries would think of these situations. The perspectives vary on different scenarios. If there's any legendary pokèmon you want me to include, let me know and I'll try my best to include them!
