4 hikers were spotted running away near the Demilitarized Zone. What seemed like army mismanagement by not recognizing them climbing up soon turned into an act of espionage when a tunnel was discovered in the area they were running in. 

Half an hour away 2 rural city cops try to solve a decades-long serial kidnapping cold case where the victims' parents have already lost hope.

Is it a case of mistaken identity? Was the tunnel found by coincidence? Will the detectives solve the case?
