After an accident at sea which he couldnt have possibly survived, Thomas Moore awakens almost entirely unharmed on a beach near his home village. Is his rescue a miracle, or rather a curse? His world is turned upside down as he looks for an answer to the question whether he has to give up his humanity due to the changes that he experiences every day since then.
