Sonic, Shadow and Blaze are once again pulled into a storybook adventure, along with Knuckles, Silver and Jet, this time, in the Storybook of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table.
With the help of Caliburn, a talking Sacred Sword with a sharp tongue, and Merlina, a powerful wizard lynx who is the granddaughter of Merlin himself, Sonic and his friends must now explore the once striving lands of Camelot to find the other Sacred Swords and defeat the Black Knight, before all is lost.

"I am merely considering whether it is worth my time to consider whether you are being truthful or merely attempting to steal something from me." --------------------------------------------------------- There are dark works and darker magic at play in Camelot. A tyrant king rules with an iron and bloody fist, striking down any who oppose his cruelty. Sir Lancelot has never been one to stand down when faced with corruption and he will stand for it no longer. His mother, Lady Nimue, would tell stories of the king of dragons, King Arthur, and how his past was spent protecting the kingdom of Camelot before his disappearance. Perhaps a desperate knight with a deal can pull him back into a world that needs him. Maybe they kiss a little too.

!!!PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE CONTINUING. -Set is a fantasy world that is heavily inspired by attributes of DnD and other related rpg fantasy realms. -Shadow (a blood hunter) had an encounter with a rampaging werewolf with the intent to slay it. The blood hunter and the werewolf, who turns out to be Sonic (a rogue), were on the verge of death until they were healed by Silver (a druid) with a shard from the master emerald. Accidentally, Silver may have also placed a curse on the pair. They cannot be separated and are bound to each other's presence. Shadow isn't too happy with the situation, and learns to cope as he journeys with the two- encountering other characters and monsters as they search for a way to break their curse. Not long though, Shadow starts to see the weight of the trauma held on Sonic's shoulders as he struggles to contain his werehog form. -Contains multi shipping The story's main focus is the development between Sonic and Shadow's relationship, with a side story ship between Silver and Espio. (One sonilver scene. One shadilver scene) I only write about healthy relationships. -Ages: Shadow(27), Sonic (26), Silver(24), Espio (25).The rest of the characters have been aged up appropriately and all above 18. Sonic had stayed in Camelot for eight years as their king, only to be killed by an enchanted sword and have his soul and body return to his home realm, where only two months have passed. Having no way to return to Camelot and finding himself wanting to leave his home less and less, Sonic returns to his role as a brother and hero of the planet.
