Aaliyah Sepher is the youngest queen the people of the sky have ever known. For the Sepher an heir is not chosen by the king but chosen by a greater power. The ruler would be born with pure silver hair and the mark of a dragon on her back one for each of there siblings. Aaliyah is the youngest out of all her siblings but they all didn't have the silver hair they either had brunette hair with little pieces of silver or silver hair with little pieces of brunette. Aaliyah was born with pure silver hair as well as being the 1st queen to sit on the throne. She was the queen written in the prophecy the queen that would end the line of kings the queen who started the line of queens.
 
The sky people have lived above after another Targaryen war. The people all that the Sepher family was long gone. But what will happen when King Viserys hears a rumor about the family being alive?
