Issei Hyoudou was just a typical perverted High School student as the pawn of Rias Gremory as well as this generation's Red Dragon Emperor at least that's who he thinks he is? A week After the defeat of Riser Phenex, Issei and the rest of the Orc notice how Rias has been acting differently which concerns Issei greatly. One night after finally obtaining his first contract he believes this might help bring Rias back to the person that everyone knows, but something went terribly wrong. When Issei was about to show her his progress he saw and heard something that would not only break his heart, but also his spirit. Upon seeing his host in this state Ddraig decides to remind Issei of his past so that he could keep moving forward. Now being fully awakened, Issei sets out to start a new life in a different world to obtain his peace and quiet. But gaining his peace and quiet will not be as easy as he might think since this new world has problems of its own and the past will always come back to haunt him. Issei is fairly popular due to his handsome appearance, and safe to say, he gets around. In his free time, he trains his sister to control their gift, while keeping it a secret from their parents. What hardships will come their way, and how will the Supernatural World react to two mortals shifting the balance of power with just their presence?
