Rescinding Room

Giovanna Rossignol was abused by her father after her mother died. She always thought that he was going to kill her one day. She forgot what happiness, joy, and love felt like. She felt numb as the days passed by.

Then one day, a foreign guy came into the convenience store that she worked at. He showed concern for her after her father beat her the night before. After he left, Giovanna wanted to know who the stranger was. She thought of him every day after that encounter.

Weeks passed by when her father sold her for some money. She was tortured at the auction house until she was sold off. She thought that she was being sold to a stranger until she saw the foreigner again.

What will happen to her now? Will Giovanna be able to forget her trauma and find happiness? Or will the pain kill her once and for all?
