The Swordsman Thrives in the Time of Magic

Kuma, aka the "Demon Swordman", was a terror in his world. He was the strongest, and he lived for strength. However, he was betrayed by the people he saw as family and lived the rest of his life alone before dying of old age, with not a single warrior able to rival him in strength.

After dying Kuma meets the soul of a crying child, and after a declaration to show him "true strength" he wakes up in the body of the soul. Now thrust into a world of magic and monsters, the Demon Swordman becomes a "Hunter" and vows to rise to the pinnacle of strength in this new world.
