A Lovely Song

Magic. People always say that magic just appeared out of nowhere sometime around, like, the second or third century. But I know that to be incorrect. Magic has always been here, maybe not in the form of people, but, it's always existed.

Witches and wizards. Dragons and mermaids. They've been here since the beginning. But their schools? They haven't. Although, there's one school in particular that you could say was there from the beginning. No one knows exactly when the school was built. Not even the families that have been going there for generations.

We do know, however, what the names of the founders are. Their names you may ask. Well, their names are Helga Hufflepuff, Salazar Slytherin, Helena Ravenclaw, and Godric Gryffindor. Those four founders are the founders of Hogwarts School of witchcraft and wizardry.

Generations of witches and wizards have gone there. There's one family in particular that has gone there since the very beginning. Which family, you may ask. Why the Potter family of course. How do I know? Because that's my family. Hi, I'm James Potter. And this.. Is my story.
