While Mingi was admiring the painting, he saw something from the corner of his eye. At first, it seemed like an odd black shape blocking 90% of the doorway.
he couldn't take his eyes off of the door. Hesitantly, his brain started to process what he was seeing, a human shaped shadow as black as a moonless night sky. It was bent at an angle to look inside the room, long dark hair falling from its head. He couldn't make out any features other than its eyes that he just knew were staring at him.
