The government cares. Well, this area does. The Teenage Revolutionary Academy, or TRA, is a school that recruits teens, and intellectual preteens. It prepares them for dangerous situations in life; for the obvious, but unexpected. Then, it releases them into society, armed with a high tolerance for toxic chemicals, knowledge of how to make and destroy bombs and a different variety of instinctual reactions- the murderous kind.
