Bound by a shared enemy, girl and beast form an uneasy alliance. Yet when betrayal strikes and both are cast from sky to river, they uncover a truth far more dangerous than war: Audrianna is not the last of her kind.

Hidden in the depths of the sky, dragons still live-enslaved, their power drained to sustain a monstrous force that threatens to consume everything.

Now, hunted by men and racing against a rising darkness, Caitríona and Audrianna must do the impossible: unite the broken, defy a tyrant more powerful than kings, and reclaim a future for both Ireland and dragonkind.

Because if they fail, neither will survive what comes next.
