In a world of ups and downs, Juliette and Daniel's paths have crossed, bringing to life a love story they never thought they would have. The Racism towards black people is suddenly alarming, child hood and mental trauma's are refusing to set them free. Their families are against their relationship. The Black girl and the White boy aren't backing out without putting up a fight. Set in this modern time comes the story, "More Than A Color".

We stood face to face in silence, not saying a word, in the midst of the loud party.
Staring at him like this, felt like floating in an endless loop hole.
"Julie" He muttered, putting his right hand on my exposed arm and trailing it down till he finds my palm.
"Daniel?" I sighed a little loudly, feeling some type of way from his touch. This can't be happening. I hate Daniel. He still hates me too right? I mean we're always arguing with each other.
"Come with me." He spoke, whispering into my ear as he gripped on my hand, taking me with him away from the crowd. I can't believe I'm following this guy like some love sick puppy.
What was going on with me?

I feel a muscular hand snake around my waist pulling me out of my room. "I can't fall asleep so you can't sleep too!" He says forcefully. "I hate you!" I scream. "No you don't, you adore me" he chuckles "Keep dreaming boy" I wanted him to let go of me, not because I didn't like it but because his touch, was driving me insane. It felt great and I can't afford to fall for him, I mean look at him who wouldn't fall for that handsome face and crazy person but that was problem. I'm not his type. He turned me around and this time I was facing him, our eyes met and I couldn't deny it, it felt great to be in his arms. His eyes lowered and fell on my lips. Before I could even say my name, he kisses me. My eyes widened in shocked but I gave in and wrapped my arms around his neck, closing my eyes. God damn!his lips are soft. It was slow and gentle, his hands moved to my face as he increased the pace. My hands moved to his soft black hair. God! I've always wanted to touch it I let out a moan and he slipped his tongue in making the kiss hotter. It was the best feeling on earth. We both pulled away at the same time, panting. "Daniel please-" He growled cutting me off mid sentence; making it obvious that he's pissed beyond belief. I never knew that telling him my past would upset him, at least not like this. I thought that after all we've been through, after everything that we have told and done together, that it would be okay to open up to him. I've never told anyone this before and when I finally do, to Daniel Tyson, he gets more mad than I have ever seen anyone in my whole life. His body snaps towards me; his normally bright eyes are dark and full of emotion and his face is hard with anger. "Why didn't you tell me?!" Danny exclaims, making me flinch. "I'm so sorry, I thought-" I sob and his hands wrap around my wrist and yank. "You thought what?!" More hot tears go down my face. "I-" "You thought that I wouldn't care? That I wouldn't understand? Why can't you get it through your thick skull that I will ALWAYS care about you Nida?!" Suddenly, Danny's lips are crashed into mine. ••• Nida Vargas has been through hell and back trying to look out for her family and take care of herself at the same time. *WARNING STORY MAY BE TRIGGERING * She's black and mexican. He's a white boy who prefers to date white girls ONLY. He isn't against other races so he says it's just his preference. His dad is the main person concerned about the future Luna skin color. His abusive dad threatens to kill his mate if she's of color so is his preference in dating based on avoidance of conflicts ? The moon goddess doesn't give him a mate based on what his father will condone. When he meets his black and Mexican mate... he hurts her, bullies her, and most importantly Rejects her. Rejection from your mate can feel and lead to death of your wolf. At first she thinks he's just scared and doesn't take his rejected too hard but it still hurts. At a high school party he gets intoxicated with his friends and tends to find someone to bring upstairs to have fun with. Your typical fuck boy. His mate comes to the party and he brings her outside to apologize speaking based off his true emotions. Unfortunately later he won't let her think that was him showing his vulnerable side. He takes her virginity that night just to turn around early in the morning and treat her like she was just a piece of meat to him. He makes sure that she leaves the house feeling worthless to her alpha mate. Little does he know she's got a thing for revenge and tends to go too far. How far will she take the disrespect and lack of feeling loved? Is he always the bad guy ? Show light of The journey of a person of color in finding self love when you're not the definition of today's beauty standard. At first glance, nobody would be able to tell that Nathaniel Jean had a problem. Or second glance, or third, or fourth. After all, he had everything. Love Misunderstood
