Blake Vurnes and Katherine Blair are two girls that have never met before, but when both girls arrive at Artemis Academy with riské pasts that label them both, they realize that their fates just may be more intertwined then they both originally thought. Rapidly becoming outcasts in a strange new world, they bond together quickly and get into lots of trouble along the way. But when one foolish prank sends them into a supposedly simple punishment, it turns into a chain reaction that eventually leads them to find out who exactly is telling the truth, but also to their inexplicably merging fates and pasts. Together, picking up new friends and enemies along the way, these two teenagers find out more than they ever imagined from their pasts, and also for their futures.
