Rem and Ryuk were not the only shinigami present during the Kira situation. There was a third shinigami, Nora, who watched the events from the shinigami realm, but intervened in the final days to save Rem, whom she has been in a relationship with for many centuries, from Light Yagami's schemes. A few years after the Kira scandal, Nora decides to visit the human realm for herself, despite having to leave Rem and Ryuk behind. She travels to Sherwood, Ohio and masquerades as a human girl named Heather Chandler. Yet when she is gone from the shinigami realm longer than intended, this leads to Rem and Ryuk seeking her out. What will happen when Nora's mortal friends find out that not only is Heather Chandler not human, but that she also never existed in the first place.
