In both Mara Tussen and Lucy's world, there are three cities: Metal City, the Perimeter, and Paradise City. No matter what, Paradise is the place to be. It's colorful, warm, and...Paradise.

 But in Mara's world, all she knows is the cold and colorless city of Metal. She doesn't remember why or how she got to Metal, but she knew she had to seek Paradise, or be stuck in Metal forever.

 In Lucy's world, all she knows is the Perimeter's hospital. A dull, semi-colored place where she and other children go through "treatments", even though nobody gets sick in their world. Lucy could remember Paradise, and she knew she had to escape the awful hospital and get there, or else bad things would happen.

 All they know is that Paradise will save them.

 But what they don't know is the buried secrets of their pasts that lay not in Paradise, but in the surrounding areas of Metal and the Perimeter, and that perhaps knowing these secrets isn't the best thing....

Sometimes ignorance really is bliss.

However, the damage had already been done. Sin had entered Earth. As a punishment, Adam and Eve were sent to the Hell they had created, along with their creator Sera and her sister Emily, while Lucifer and Lilith were brought back up to Heaven as Seraphim and tasked with making a new way to start the Human race. Present day: 2nd January 2008. After centuries of regretting his life on Earth, Adam finally wills himself to take a walk to brighten his mood after Extermination Day. However, he finds an unexpected scene in one of the alleyways.
