A summer has past after Collins friend Julian became aware of the supernatural world and Collin has found himself in an unexpected circumstance... a field trip to the city of death lead by his uncle grim and Collins supernatural friends this whole break of school work should be fun right? if only... something sinister lurks in the city an unknown foe threatens the peace between the afterlives and an ensuing war could lead to chaos on the living world. With all the hell lords and divine representatives as prime suspects, the only one collin can trust are his friends. But will they be up for the task? or will death claim them all.

Each helping another to survive the dangers of the what the world has become. They bond, they trust but Dream stands out from the others because she is strange and mutant-like. No one could fully trust her, not that it'd matter anyway because Dream trusts no one except herself. So, when they receive a message which sends them to the very top of the hotel. Floor 31. They are forced to fight and kill zombies and monsters just for a chance of safety. But does this 'safety' even exist?
